Visual Analysis
The Visual Analysis utility allows you to analyze data by identifying the entities in the enterprise and relating the data aggregation levels to the different entities. Also, BOSS uses Omnex quality algorithms that allow this utility to alert you when a trend is either out of control or about to get to that point. Analysis can be for the aggregations as a whole, or for an individual node in an aggregation.
Drilldown
Double clicking on a chart shown in Visual Analysis takes you to the next level (if any). The Next level displays the chart for the individual node values of the selected and double clicked Aggregation. This process is called the Drill Down. The order of drill down can be specified in the form list box. For e.g., choosing an element, and clicking the up/down button, moves the selected level up/down.
Charts
There are three kinds of charts: Trend Charts, Pareto Charts, Paynter Charts and Aggregation Charts. A particular aggregation value is monitored using the appropriate chart type by selecting the Aggregation chart, and clicking the Save for button. |
