Quality Assurance Approach
By virtue of being pioneer in quality consulting, the Omnex quality team ensures the quality of each project stage it engages in by conducting project reviews and process optimizations. Our practices and quality guidelines follow the ISO standard and SEI CMMi.
SQA is applied to each step of engineering process and throughout development so that quality factors like correctness, reliability, efficiency, integrity, usability, maintainability are met. We focus on the three most important aspects of any software product: its Operational Characteristics, its ability to undergo changes, and its adaptability to new environments.
Our SQA process encompasses the effective application of methods and tools, formal technical reviews, testing strategies and techniques, procedures for change control, procedures for assuring compliance to standards and measurement and reporting mechanisms.
