can access technical support email Monday through Friday 24 hours a day. You may also access technical support via
phone from 9 am - 5 pm, EST (excluding Omnex Systems holidays) Monday through Friday. |

Training : TeamQuality members receive a free, two-day, customized training course taught by Omnex
Systems consultants. These courses are practical and thorough, offering your staff a complete understanding of the

Advance Notification |

Omnex System’s confidential beta products 30 days prior to general release dates. Feature presentations on new products and
product upgrades will be distributed in person or over the Web one month before official marketplace launches. |
