EwQMS® - Enterprise-wide Quality Management System Made Easy
What is EwQMS®?
EwQMS®, or the "Enterprise-wide Quality Management System®" is a revolutionary quality management software suite comprised of an integrated set of web-based software tools that encompass all aspects of quality management. This suite includes modules for product planning/design (APQP), document management, internal and supplier audits, company performance/customer requirement management, equipment verification and calibration (MSA), management and tracking of employee objectives (HR), business process implementation, and equipment maintenance management and scheduling (TPM); all tied together and all sharing a single repository to allow for consistent, reliable, and accessible data.
Why is EwQMS® important?
The goal of every enterprise is to meet or exceed customer expectations. However, accomplishing this goal requires coordinated efforts of various departments like purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, and sales. Most organizations do not have a way to coordinate teams from these business units effectively into improvement efforts that will enrich customer satisfaction and the bottom-line. Even when a company does create effective cross-functional teams, rarely do these teams have tools to assist them in problem solving. EwQMS® created specifically to address these problems. EwQMS® is the only product on the market that can manage customer improvement efforts across an enterprise and provide tools to assist in problem solving activities.
The EwQMS® Modules
EwQMS® incorporates 8 primary modules that work together to manage the improvement efforts of an enterprise ( click here for diagram ) that are sold in three editions Standard, Professional, and Enterprise editions. |
