Roy Gray possesses a wide range of knowledge in manufacturing processes. He has spent the last 24 years working in the Quality field, with 20 of those years being in the Automotive Industry and 2 years in Aerospace. Roy’s extensive automotive experience was for major Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers. He is a certified VDA 6.3 Process Auditor, IATF 16949 Lead Auditor, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor and ISO 17025 Auditor. Roy has extensive Quality Management System experience that includes, but is not limited to ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 17025, ISO 14001, AS9100, FMEA, PPAPs, VDA 6.3, QS-9000, SPC, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Problem Solving.
Andrei Samoila is a consultant with a broad range of experience in working with automotive, aerospace, High-Tech, medical and electronics customers involved in the design & development of hardware, software, mechanical systems and components in multiple industries.His experience was gained working with cross-functional teams and directly with board of directors in business management, development and quality assurance by managing International Teams & Programs in multiple countries. Mr. Samoila also has a strong background on Automotive Quality Management Systems and is certified in various areas, including being an Exemplar Global certified Lead Auditor for IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015. He also holds certifications in Process and Product Auditing (VDA 6.3 & VDA 6.5) as well as Decision-Making Strategies and Developing Value Creation Strategy from London Business School.
He is also a trainer and lead implementer for multiple integrated modules of EwQIMS Suite at Omnex Systems supporting multiple customers globally.
