Model Based Design and Digitalization

Model Based Design and Digitalization

The business environment has changed in the last 20 years while organizations have not. In most of the companies Omnex works with employees are running the business with email, spreadsheets and one point solutions. This has to change. Why? New Product Development now connects up the system, sub system, hardware, software and supply chain via requirements that flow down and testing that flow up. Design needs to link with manufacturing passing the requirements to the PFMEA and control plans. New Product development requires connected audit software, problem resolution software, requirements software, configuration software, testing software, FMEA software, and much more.

Does C Suite and Senior Leadership have knowledge of the challenges their Teams are facing without interconnectedness and AI/Machine learning to support the engineering teams? This is the culture change that needs to happen for Digitalization to be successful.
